What is the NewPath Learning Guarantee?

With NewPath Learning, your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to replace the item or provide you with a credit or refund.

How Can I Pay for My Order?

Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice for schools or institutions ordering via an authorized purchase order. All other others must be pre-paid by check or with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

What are the Shipping and Handling Charges for My Order?

Orders are routinely shipped via UPS or FedEx ground from our Victor, NY warehouse. Shipping and handling charges –

  • 5% for all Software shipped within the contiguous US.
  • 15% for all Other Products shipped within the contiguous US.
  • 10% for all Software shipped within the US but outside the contiguous 48 states.
  • 20% for all Other Products shipped within the US but outside the contiguous 48 states.
  • International customers, please contact us for shipping and handling charges.

There is no minimum order for consumers, however, we do charge a minimum shipping and handling fee of $10.00 for all purchases. Rush and overnight shipment options are available to most locations. Please call us for details.

When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders will be shipped as expeditiously as possible with most orders dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Please note, in order to minimize your shipping costs, orders from outside the contiguous U.S. may take up to 6 – 8 weeks for delivery. Upon delivery, please check for shortages and damage before signing for receipt. If there are issues, we ask that you contact us immediately for prompt reconciliation. Please keep the original carton and have the packing list available for reference.

What If There is an Issue with My Order?

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If for some reason you have an issue with your merchandise, please contact us immediately. Products that do not meet your approval may be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange, credit or refund. Before returning any merchandise, we ask that you contact our customer service department to receive a return authorization number.

How Long is NewPath’s Pricing Guaranteed?

We will make every attempt to maintain our published prices through 2010. However, to accommodate unforeseen increases in cost, we reserve the right to modify our prices at any time.
