How Do I Qualify for FREE Shipping?

ALL domestic orders over $49 placed online at www.newpathlearning.com and shipped to within the continental United States automatically qualify for FREE Shipping! There's a shipping charge of $9.95 for orders less than $49. All Orders for Alaska, Hawaii and Outside the US, you will be contacted with applicable shipping costs prior to processing.

Please note that orders received via fax or the mail do include shipping and handlging charges of 15%.

If I Don’t Order Online, How Will I Be Billed?

An invoice will be sent to you at the billing address you have provided at the same time that your order is shipped. Please allow it a few days as often the shipment and invoice do not arrive on the same day!

How Can I Pay for My Order?

Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice for schools or institutions ordering via an authorized purchase order. All other others must be pre-paid by check or with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.

Do you Accept Purchase Orders??

We accept school purchase orders. Your school purchase order may be emailed, faxed or mailed to the contact information above.

When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders will be shipped as expeditiously as possible with most orders dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Please note, in order to minimize your shipping costs, orders from outside the contiguous U.S. may take up to 6 – 8 weeks for delivery. Upon delivery, please check for shortages and damage before signing for receipt. If there are issues, we ask that you contact us immediately for prompt reconciliation. Please keep the original carton and have the packing list available for reference.

What If There is an Issue with My Order?

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If for some reason you have an issue with your merchandise, please contact us immediately. Products that do not meet your approval may be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange, credit or refund. Before returning any merchandise, we ask that you contact our customer service department to receive a return authorization number.

How Long is NewPath’s Pricing Guaranteed?

We will make every attempt to maintain our published prices through the current calendar year. However, to accommodate unforeseen increases in cost, we reserve the right to modify our prices at any time.
